    This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of our coffee roasting services and products.

    Ordering and Payment

    • Wholesale Customers can place orders through our website. • Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or direct debit. • Payments are due upon delivery of product or at checkout if ordering in the online store.

    Product Information

    • Coffee products, including pricing and any applicable tax is subject to change at our discretion. • If a product is sold out or discontinued, Social Hour will substitutions for the closest option. • Coffees are seasonal and are on a seasonal rotation therefore blends and single origin coffees change on a consistent basis.

    Shipping and Delivery

    • Coffee orders ship once a week generally on Wednesdays and may take 3-5 business days to be delivered.

    Returns and Refunds

    • We are confident you’ll love our product, and would like to hear from you if you’ve have a poor experience. Please reach out through email and inform us of the issue. However, we cannot accept returns on the coffee once it has been shipped. • Non-coffee products (ex. coffee gear) can be returned for a full refund as long as the product has been returned unused, in the same condition, and with its original packaging. Returns are submitted once the returned product has be received and inspected • For a refund of non-coffee products, please email to roast@socialhourcoffee.uk and provide your order number, name, phone number, and address.

    Force Majeure

    • In the case of failure to perform its contractual obligations due to any force majeure, including a natural disaster, national or local emergency, or other incident such as death, illness, pregnancy, or sudden tragic circumstance outside of its control, Social Hour Coffee Roasters will give a full refund for the items.

    Changes to Terms and Conditions

    • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any point. It is the responsibility of the customer to view and review these terms and conditions regularly.

    Entire Agreement

    • These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the customer and Social Hour Coffee Roasters.
